A variety derived from the famous 'clematis Princess Diana', the flower diameter is slightly larger, about 8cm.
Although it produces fewer flowers than 'Princess Diana', the chunky, large flowers are adorable and are a sight to behold when they bloom in large numbers.
If pruned hard after flowering, it will bloom repeatedly.
In winter, pruned hard as well.
