The petals are pale cream to white with sharp, cream-colored stamens, giving the flower a soft, yet clean look.
When it first blooms, it is greenish, turning white as it blooms.
It has a slightly larger number of petals (or more accurately, sepals), and often becomes semi-double.
It won a gold medal at Floriade (an international horticultural exposition held once every 10 years) in 2012.
